“We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet.”

“We've stayed here twice. Both times for a brief layover. The first was only for a few hours and staff work us up early by mistake. We are satisfied how the management dealt with the issue. Regardless, the design of the flooring transmits noises from above very easily so in both our stays we could hear the people in the unit above us as they moved around. It didn't wake us up, but when we were awake it bothered us.”

“酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。”

“A perfect hotel in a perfect location in Westlands just by shopping mall Sarit Center with all its shops and restaurants. Very safe and clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Really nice large gym and two good restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options.”
