“Good sleep and room kept the noise out. Breakfast very nice. Wouldnt say it was a "spa" as theres no services outside of booked treatments. More attention to detail needed during cleaning, as i cut my foot on a shard of glass in the room. For a 5* hotel, small issues such as no offer to take luggage to the room (which was up stairs) and no advice regarding the parking, which is manic. Location good. ”
