“We are a family of five and found the classic suite and a two twin bed room very comfortable. Beds were comfy, the rooms large and the outdoor pool was wonderful. A large mall is a less than 10 minute walk from the property. Check in staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was great. Thanks for a great stay on our last night in beautiful Albania. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and really enjoyed it.”

“The place was very sketchy, the lobby was dark and there was people smoking cigarettes and lurking in lobby. They tried to charge us although we prepaid. They didn’t even check the computer. The room doors were open, and our room door was open with someone’s sandals and soap in the restroom. We didn’t feel safe or slept. We checked out at 5:00am because we were afraid. ”

“We didn’t use the bar. The staff were very friendly polite & helpful especially the reception staff Alex, Hegi& Sidorela. The house keeping was not to our standards as there were No shower caps until the last night of our stay, No bath robes. We were not happy about the smoking in the hotel as we could smell the smoke in the hallway & in our room which was coming from the restaurant/breakfast room. We were also not happy with the Tea & Coffee kettles has one morning I got scolded with the……

“This is absolutely perfect for a solo traveller. The room is small but has everything you need. The bathroom was very nice. It could not be closer to the centre of the city. Lots of food options nearby, grocery stores close too. Walkable to everything. Free breakfast at a nearby cafe was very tasty. Next to a busy road but with the windows closed I slept very very well, even for afternoon naps! Would stay here again. ”
