“Second time visiting. We visiting on easter before. They've added some small appreciated upgrades. The road is a little rocky but its not far from the main road. Food at the nearby bar is fantastic. The views from the house are great. The hosts are the best, super friendly and communicate well. I have no complaints. Its a little hard for my elderly mom to get up and down the stairs but once on the 2nd floor. Its no issue for her. Overall, this is my favorite rental. From location, views and……

“Communication was excellent. Location was great for what adventures we had planned. The basement apartment had everything we needed. The two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. Only thing that we did not enjoy was zero windows or way to see outside. Great place of you need a place to sleep, eat relax outside and quiet. ”

“We arrived at night to the cabin, trust the google map directions as clicked from the website. The key was in the lockbox as instructed and we were able to settle in nicely. When we woke up we were surprised to find an enormous green pasture behind the cabin with the river just behind the pasture. It was so beautiful! We enjoyed playing in the river, fishing, and chasing our dog. Mealtime in the screened-in porch was lovely. This week was a wonderful spring break getaway for our family in mid-……

“Wonderful place. The location is ideal. Walking distance to both the nice little town of Thomas one way down a river path and water falls the other direction. Easy drive to Blackwater Falls and everything else this hiker's paradise has to offer. Would definitely come back here again. ”

“Great stay, cabin had everything we needed and the firewood on property was nice. Plenty of room for the dog to roam outside and we left tick free, which is always a plus. Park bench in front of your personal falls went great with the morning coffee. Blackwater falls was a fun trip. The path down is on the back side of the parking lot beside the snake shop. It's a trek down to the falls, be prepared. Douglas and Albert falls was a good time, when you get there. Getting back to Douglas……
