“We had a great time. The house is quiet, but located right by multiple restaurants and attractions in Thomas. It's less than a 15 minute drive to Blackwater Falls and the Dolly Soda are about a half hour away. Great for resting, relaxing, and getting out in nature!”

“Really great time. Our goal was to do nothing in the middle of nowhere and we did just that. The location is secluded and remote. Cell service is sketchy. Tv did not have streaming ability or the ability to mirror from your phone so if you want to watch movies being dvd’s. I wanted to read anyway. The hot tub was great. Perfect actually. Stargazing was exceptional. Couldn’t have been more quiet. If you’re looking for a secluded getaway in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, this is the place……

“We absolutely LOVED staying here! Shannon was super communicative and the house is exactly as described. It is up to date, very open, comfy, super clean! It snowed and was very cold while we were here, but the house stayed warm and cozy. It has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need, huge dining room table for gatherings, huge sectional to relax at the end of the day. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the back deck.....I can't even tell you how awesome that thing is! ……

“The property is close to major attractions but away from town. It's the last house on a dead-end street with only one other home. Note: the neighbors have two off-leash labs that came to the property daily. Be mindful if your dog is also off-leash. I was not concerned they would bite or attack, but they barked a lot when out. It was quiet (when neighbor dogs weren't out) and secluded. The place was nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was stocked (just bring cooking oil or butter). I would……
