“This was my first time staying with VRBO. It was a million dollar view. There were just a few minor things that were mentioned before on other reviews that were not taken care of such as the hole in the master bedroom door, the smell of sewage in the kitchen the garbage disposal area, and also the stairs down to the dock area didn't seem too stable. I would have liked to have seen the fountain on but I do realize it's earlier in the year. The owners may want to change the curtains because not……

“Overall a nice place to stay. Not much parking though and its on a dead end street. Plenty of room property clean except the coffee pot it has not been touched in quite some time. Comfortable beds, and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay again if in the area .”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Magnolia is a beautiful well furnished home. We were lucky enough to have gotten lots of snow during our stay. It was so beautiful!! I would suggest additional heating on/in the main level bedrooms. There was a dramatic difference in that part of the house. Lots of "It's freezing back here" comments. space heaters would have been most welcome! We kept the thermostat at 70 lest the upstairs get too warm. I did report that there was leaking in the upstairs……

“We throughly enjoyed every aspect of this property - waterfront , beautiful views, nice outside spaces ! Very family oriented yet still well decorated and the amenities inside were perfect - a pool table , games - 2 fireplaces - one a wood burning stove - furniture was comfortable! We would rent this home again ! ”

“We had a great time. The house is quiet, but located right by multiple restaurants and attractions in Thomas. It's less than a 15 minute drive to Blackwater Falls and the Dolly Soda are about a half hour away. Great for resting, relaxing, and getting out in nature!”

The outdoor space with the deck, picnic table, and fire pit looked amazing—wish it had been a little warmer so we could’ve enjoyed it more. Would definitely stay again!”
