“Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.”

“Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.”

“I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. ”

“This Shari Apartment is nothing, but a fraudulent arrangement established by unidentified dubius individuals to falsely deceive tourists and unsuspecting travelers into giving them business. The address listed does not match any actual location. On 4 different websites this scam accommodation appears to state different random names of districts and towns without sizing out a specific address that can be underlined on any possible maps given the dubius outlook of the said locations. for instance,……

“Had a good experience, the property manager was really accommodating and helpful. Clean and has a generator. Only issue I had was the location, it's not located in munyonyo which was a little misleading. ”

“Secure gated property. all facilities are as listed on the website and reasonably clean. My best area was a well resourced kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Noise free at most times of the day except the noise from the building works next door. I will stay again”
