“It was extremely difficult to check out. They do not have the facilities for customers to use a credit card. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness. It was a mess at the checkout time and they insisted……

“Cuando llegas a este hotel ya te das cuenta que va a ser mejor que en las fotos y asi es! Las instalaciones son muy amplias, limpias y cuidadas. La piscina es enorme y increíblemente limpia, tiene una parte para niños pequeños. Las vistas desde las tumbonas son maravillosas asi como el cuidado jardín lleno de arboles con la flor areliya. “No knowledge of booking when arrived - tried to get us all to stay in one room. Eventually resolved after 30mins but not fun as it was midnight ”

“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room itself was dirty—stained bed sheets, no duvet - just a thin sheet, plugs falling off the walls with exposed wiring, clumps of dust and towels that were old and fraying at the edges. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The worst part? They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Imagine walking into what you think is your room, only to find someone else already there. It was deeply embarrassing……

“Hotel a 3 km de la ville, assez éloigné sans service a proximité. Safari trés cher. J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre. Trés bien dans la grosse savane mais prés de la grande route pas nécessaire du tout. Personnel serviable mais on sans que l'argent et le but premier du centre. ”

“No hot water, terrible wi-fi, air-conditioning broke down and TV didn't work. Poor weather conditions did not help however overall not a pleasurable stay.”

“The value for the money is great, a bit remote. We had issues with the payment from hotels.com since they insisted that we had to pay on checkout even though we had prepaid everything. They also claimed that they were not registered on hotels.com A couple of phone calls later everything sorted itself out so no harm.”
