“The information for check in was scarce, and a few phone calls were needed, only to find out that the property was not cleaned, and the host didnt follow up prior to our check in until it was too late and we arrived. The were also 16 stairs you needed to carry your luggage up to the first floor and then another 20 to get to the bedrooms and laundry. The walls were paper thin also!”

“It was a cute, clean and well kept Apt. that had plenty of toiletries and the little things you might need. There is a nice size kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and has a private entrance. Natacha responds quickly to questions and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything. I would definitely stay here again when in Lakeland.”

“Nice little place to stay for a few days. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Modern decor is easy on the eyes. Everything was neat and clean. The pillows on the bed are too hard to be comfortable for sleep but there are softer ones in the closet. The coffee bar could use a press on /off light under the shelf. The air dryer bearings are failing so device needs replacement. Overall a solid 9/10”

“Everything about the place was very dated, like back in the 70's. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like the box had no support in the middle. Some of the small kitchen appliances shouldn't have been there as they were old and sticky-dirty. “The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking right by the private entrance. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication.
