“Instructions to access the unit were clear and concise. Perfect for 2 people, very clean, and pretty quiet location except for the occasional late night train. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Winter Haven. ”

“This was an emergency booking, made the night we needed lodging. The host was amazing and so thorough as she took extra steps to get us checked in quickly after a long day of travel and mishaps. The location is convenient to the downtown area with several great little eating/coffee spots nearby. The beds were comfortable, the home was neat and tidy and clean. We were so pleased with our stay.”

“This was a great place to stay. Clean, well finished interiors, plenty of room and all the amenities you need. The quality of the place far exceeded my expectations. My only critique, and this could strictly be a Vrbo thing, is that the price is not what it says it is. The too-good-to-be-true listing you see on the Vrbo site is, in fact, too-good-to-be-true. After fees and taxes and a required insurance policy, it is quite a bit more expensive than the listing says. However, even after the final……

“No surprises, all was as advertised. Clean and quiet. Other than a vague dog bark on the first night, didn’t hear a sound while I was there.It’s a relatively small space, which worked well for me, but personally I’d feel cramped if a spouse or partner were joining me.The kitchen was stocked, although I didn’t avail myself of any of it. Only thing I used was the full-sized refrigerator.I’d be a little concerned about staying there during the summer, as the heating/cooling unit on the wall……
