“My brother and his wife and my sister, traveled to Winter Haven to visit our sister, who had had some recent health concerns. This house suited our needs perfectly. There was lots of space to accommodate having our sister and her family come and visit for a day. the kitchen was roomy enough for us to cook together and there were enough spaces for us to go, if we needed a little alone time. “They thought of everything to ensure our stay was perfect. It is always the little things that make a VRBO experience top notch. From the sun screen to leaving the things left behind that you may have forgotten to bring ie sunglasses etc. the back porch is shaded starting around Noon and is a great place to relax. Looks like it will soon be enclosed, so that will be a nice addition. The property manager let us know of extra services and was quick to respond if we had requests/questions. 5-Stars……

“10 out 10 this property is fantastic and the host is very responsive and friendly no complaints whatsoever and if you need the air a different temp just message the host I read a bunch of reviews that were not so appealing and from what I experienced this host goes above and beyond. I would recommend this property over and over again, would give more stars if possible ”

“We stayed here related to work for hurricane Milton. This is a lovely home with everything you need. The property manager answered the phone anytime I had a question. And was very polite. Communication with the homeowner was very easy thru email. The neighborhood is so quiet. Every evening when we came in we would take a walk around the entire neighborhood for exercise. Every one we passed would wave back at us or say hello. It’s minutes away from Publix and WalMart and the downtown lake……

“Our stay there was nice. It was clean. The couches were comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The only thing you have to look out for is that there is no stove so we brought our own heat source even though they have one in the cabinet you could pull out. We never used there’s only ours. The pool was nice and clean The air condition was nice and cool. Decent place. ”
