“Great communication. Clean home. Upon entering, two large and overflowing trash cans were blocking the entrance. Moved them to the side so we could pass. The morning of our check out, a critter had gotten to the trash cans and my sons and myself had to pick up the bulky items. Check out was at 10am and as we were loading, this man was trimming the grass on the property shooting the pebbles and grass towards our vehicles. I asked him if he could wait a bit for us to leave before we continued.……

“The house is spacious and has plenty of room for 5-7 people. The master bedroom has pretty thin walls that do not keep noise out. Also, blinds do not cover the entire window, so sunlight comes into the room in the morning, and without a fan in the room, it can get warm. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax, even though it was more worn/disheveled than expected (missing tile, fake plants in the pool upon arrival). There was also routine lawn maintenance that happened around 11 am on a……

“Had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this super cute place on lots of land! Kids loved seeing the animals and got to see lots of sweet horses. Amy was amazing with communication and so understanding. House was excellently supplied with any needs. Didn’t realize the main rooms were upstairs, but even with my elderly in-laws, they absolutely loved the stay. Highly recommend!”
