“What a gorgeous place to stay! The property is immaculate and the staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met! They can help you arrange your hike at my Ijen and any transportation that you need. We would visit again!”

“This hotel has some issues. First of all, the room's back door (sliding doors opening to a shared swimming pool just outside) didn't close properly -- it wouldn't close completely, always leaving a small gap in between... imagine all the little bugs and geckos that could crawl right through (it goes without saying this was actually a security hazard). In the end I switched to the room next door, but its door was only marginally better, and overall the room (especially the bathroom) was……

“사진만 보고 인도네시아 행을 결정하게 된 리조트였어요. 머무는 내내 왓츠앱으로 세심하게 서비스가 제공되요. 아이젠 화산 프라이빗 투어도 다녀왔고요. 객실에 제공되는 티도 맛있고 주전자 안도 깨끗해요. 더 좋은 서비스를 위한 건의사항 1. tea bar위 작은 조명이 있었으면해요. 어두워서 물 따르다 넘쳐요. 2. 저는 pandar에서 2박했는데 객실에 작은 티테이블이 있었으면해요. 밖에 테이블과 의자 있으나 비오고 날씨 영향이 많아서 접이식 작은 테이블 필요해요. ”

“オーナーや周辺地域の人たちは温厚でとても良かった。(距離感を誤って私にとって性的なことをされたことは、到底許されることではない) 晩と朝に用意された食事はシンプルな料理でインドネシア独特の香辛料が良かった。 清潔感としては、ベッドや浴室に蜘蛛の巣が張られていたことが気になった。 立地としては、山道を超えるのが困難であった。”
