“We had family visiting from out of town and this was the perfect house. The kids loved the themed beds, dress up clothes and toys. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were beach towels and toys to use for the pool. Our only compliant would be the ability to watch TV. We couldn’t get any of the TVs to work. “This house was perfect for our family vacation! The bedrooms were comfortable with each one having its own bathroom. The room with the bunk beds was a great place for kids to stay. There was plenty of room in the rest of the house for everyone to gather together. The pool was perfect for the grandkids, ages 5-13 and provided hours of fun for our whole family. “Master mattress was horrible, one side was completely broken-texted with the host but no response.Check in process was very frustrating-code given didn’t work, took lots of texts and phone calls and over an hour to get into the rental.They did refund the service fee.Carpet and rugs were stained and dirty feeling and looking. “Paseos 1121 is a beautiful place to stay. Backyard is fantastic to lay in the sun or take a dip in the pool. Should get new pool floaties for guest use. House was plenty big enough for our family of 3, but needs a very deep cleaning. Floor grout and windows very dirty. Downstairs washing machine reeks. Some towels were washed in it and had an odor. One upstairs bed frame was off the rails allowing mattress to not be supported so we had to fix it ourselves. ”
