“Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .”

“OPENして１週間しか経ってなかった（らしい）こともあり、部屋は驚くほど広く清潔で、インテリアや内装が全てセンスよくとても快適に過ごせました。我々以外のお客さんは全員外国人でした。 ３人家族（子供は４歳）なのに、３ベッドルーム（２バスルーム）の部屋を予約してしまっていたようで、結局一部屋しか使わず勿体無かった・・・笑 TVは民放が入らずnetflixのみでしたが我が家は全くもんだなく楽しく過ごせました。 キッチンは、非常に大きく使い勝手がよく、食器類、カトラリ類、クッカー類（フライパンや鍋など）も全て清潔でセンスのよいおしゃれなものが揃っています。食洗機も冷蔵庫も揃っています。 大人数で利用するには非常に良い宿泊先だと思います”

“Great stay in Hakuba if you’re looking to ski or snowboard in a group. The host was very responsive and is able to arrange for a rental car and recommend gear rentals or even classes for your winter sports activities. The location is also conveniently located at the heart of Echoland, with several food options, gear rentals and convenience shops. The housekeeping was attentive, dry room was spacious and well equipped and kitchen was well equipped too. Highly recommended! ”

“The hotel room is very nice and clean. Also very convenient for skier as there is separate ski locker and dryer room entrance after you back from the ski resort. The dinner and breakfast is impressive and delicious! Last but not least, there is onsen in the hotel which refresh us for the next day’s snowboarding.”

“We stayed here as part of a longer trip in Japan for our honeymoon. Chika was excellent at communicating before we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. Great location in Echoland, 5 minute walk to the main street and lots of shuttle stops for ski resorts within 5 mins or less walk. Discount on rentals and lift tickets was great. We stayed in the adjacent log building which was beautiful and had a great kitchen and shared living area with a fire. Room itself was lovely, really cosy and warm……
