“This property was perfect for a vacation with family. House was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet, and back deck area was perfect for relaxing and watching the water. Had a great time fishing off the dock and caught several catfish. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We came to town for our family reunion at Melvin’s Landing. The property’s location and proximity to the reunion activities, Starbucks, Walgreens and the airport was perfect!”

“This upstairs unit in a quadruplex is a quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very suitable for what we needed - a comfortable plash to crash after a long day at a convention. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly. There are only 2 minor drawbacks - the parking is weird and the fact that is a very well lit area. If you aren't used to sleeping with light coming in the window at all hours, then you may need a sleep mask. ”

“Everything was great with the house. I really loved the historical feel and look of the house! The only thing we can say that was a little annoying was that the house next door was having renovations done and they woke us up at 7:30 the first morning. Overall it was an awesome place to stay!!!”
