"The coffee machine was broke while I was there. No backup for coffee , tea and chocolate. I requested a room on first floor because of my disabilities. I was put on the fourth floor. Door handle to desk were broke and not fixed. No hotel stationary to write notes. That is why I gave it an average ..."
