“Property was as described. Located on the Bay. Convenient drive to beaches and other attractions. We are familiar with the area. Owner was very accommodating and provided great advice and overview of property and its amenities. Would stay there again.”

We were looking for a place at the beach where our grandkids could enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming in their own pool, and plenty of space in the home to spread out and not feel crowded. This home was all that and more! John was very easy to communicate with and very easy going with any requests we had. The home is very spacious and included everything we needed. “Perfect house and location for our annual family reunion. House had everything you need and was conveniently located to market , water, and boardwalk . Elevator was perfect for my 95 year old grandma to enjoy the entire house and the pool was a hit !”

“Overall a great stay at a great location. A couple minutes from Bethany beach and ocean city. We were not able to use the in-law suite as the AC was out but for fortunately we did not need it. Host was very kind and responsive and tried best to accommodate our requests. ”
