“We were excited about our stay at Rice Lake! But the house had a few problems and it made our stay less enjoyable. The small A/C unit is located in the living room area and not in the bedrooms. So every night was hot, and unable to cool the rooms properly. Second problem was the washer failed on the 2nd day of our stay and the owners did not fix the problem. They sent out someone to tell us they're working on purchasing a new washer but this forced us to go to the another laundry. It also……

“The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. The oven was full of dirty pans(one full of oil). There was open bags of chips shoved in a kitchen drawer. The smoke detector beeped all night long because of a……

“The property location and facilities are all excellent for all age groups. We enjoyed our stay. Like most places, there were a few minor repairs to attend to but our list was received positively. We'll know better when we go back the next time. We would recommend this rental highly and we hope to return.”

We were met for a tour of their amazing property and they showed us how to access all of the games and amenities available. The space was beautiful, clean and very spacious.
