"Great peaceful rest. Very clean which is a must and well maintained. My Bonvoy app did not work for checkout nor was it posted on my tv. The gift shop did not carry souvenirs which would have been nice since the airport shopping is only accessible beyond the security entrance. Cumbersome n confusing ..."

"1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said ..."

"Gastgeber sehr nett um hilfsbereit. Leider mussten wir das Geschirr vor der Nutzung komplett spülen. Auch Spinnweben waren waren vorhanden. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn in der Beschreibung Souterrain Wohnung gestanden hätte und ebenfalls, dass man immer über die Garage nach draußen gelangt. Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten ..."
