“Quiet and clean. Large RV size parking spaces. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“Easy check-in, lounge had great snacks for dinner and shuttle was on time to airport.”

“Great hotel- clean and a great breakfast with options for everyone. The pool was clean and in good shape and the suite was spacious. Only hiccup was checkin- had to wait for our room to be ready, even though we arrived after 3. It didnt take too long though. ”

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”

“We were hiking and camping for the previous two days in the mountains, and my husband had a medical procedure scheduled for Monday morning, so we decided to get a room where we could shower and clean up before hand. It was late and I did not want to unload our vehicle and the gentleman from the front desk gave us toothpaste, toothbrushes, extra shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Let me tell you that shower was amazing. Honestly best shower of my life. Great breakfast! Would reccommend this……

“Don't bother using the advance check-in because it didn't work for two parties ahead of me and the resulting confusion and time the clerk spent trying to look them up caused a log jam at the front desk. Regarding the hotel., I book Hampton because it is consistently good and often great. This one was good. It was a bit dated but not worn. Book with confidence (and check in the old fashioned way).”
