“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “We were only there one night to be close to the airport, but I have to say that the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Will stay there again in the future if I need to be near the airport. Also need to mention that the price was very reasonable when compared to the other hotels in the area for that night.”
