“The condo was great. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location was on Marco Island was fabulous. Price was reasonable. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor. If we're ever back to Marco Island we would stay here again. If you're looking for a condo with a pool and great location and price, I would highly recommend this property.”

“The condo was extremely well appointed with lots of extras (beach supplies, spices, coffee, laundry supplies, etc). We would definitely recommend this condo for a wonderful stay in Naples. Unit is a very short walk from the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub We will be back next year!!!”

“The property was attractive, well-maintained and suited our needs. We wanted a place that was close to our relatives we were visiting in Naples, easy to get to and from, with a kitchen! All the people we met or had any interaction with were welcoming and helpful. We would recommend the Gardenia to anyone!”

“This was the perfect place for my sister and I to run away from our families for a few nights. They literally had everything you would need in the rental, so all you have to bring are your clothes. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels, sunscreen, fully stocked kitchen with cooking oil and salt and pepper, even a heated pool. The condo property was quiet, the only noise was from the road that runs between the condos and the beach but we didn't let that bother us. From……

“Great stay, easy access and so near the beach! The onsite pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Darin as host, was easy to communicate with prior to check in and we had no need for contact once we arrived. The process was seamless and our stay was terrific! We would return! ”

“This property was initially list as a full 2Bed 1Bath house with several listed pictures that included of the entire house and a BBQ available for use in the backyard. When we arrived, we saw not only that we didn't have the entire house or BBQ available, but there was a renter in a seperated unit within the same house. We went back to check the listing and found all the previous photos were taken down and replaced with a single picture and the property was now listed as an apartment with no BBQ……

“I was looking for a quiet getaway where I could spend some time on a beach and relax. This was it! The place looked exactly like the pictures, and the location made it easy to access the Bonita Beach. One month was the perfect amount of time to get away and recharge.”

“It was nice to be able to walk to 5th Ave and to the Beach. The bathroom was too small for our group. The outdoor furniture and fire pit need to be replaced. The pool and pool furniture were fine. We had a long drive to Fort Myers and ended up moving North after 1 night... I wish we could've received some kind of money back for the other nights, but I get that it is not their policy.”
