“Cottage A of the Naples Coquina cottages was just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quaint, and the perfect size for a seven day stay. Two blocks from the beach near the Naples pier, it did not lack for any need during the week. Despite the new hotel construction across the street it was it was relatively quiet and clean all week. Walking distances to many restaurants, shops and neighborhoods which meant we parked the car and barely used it all week. The property host, Kate was super……

“The cottage was just as described. Was comfy yet homey but beach decor made you realize it was vacation time. Karen & Don we're great hosts. Good communications and hospitality plus! The property was inviting with ponds and wildlife to enjoy. Beautiful pool to relax on off beach days. We tried to the kayaks but only saw a few ducks and fish. The patio down by the river was awesome to watch the boaters and wildlife including Esther the rabbit . It was located on the end of a quiet street……

“This is a lovely home....even nicer than the pictures show. Upon opening the front door, the vaulted living room ceiling and open floor plan greet you. Walk thru the sitting area and the sliding glass doors completely open the length of the room to the lanai where a hot tub and pool await you. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other bedrooms are tucked away on the opposite side. Tastefully decorated. This rental property is new on the market.
