“Very nice. Well equipped. Family trip ranged from 1 to adults. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. Kitchen had everything things you need. House included toiletries and almost all the items that was needed. All you have to pack is clothes. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay at your home! Will come again.”

“This home was more than expected. It’s so spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen cabinets were all labeled so the was no guess work looking for anything needed. We had two pickup trucks and two motorcycle trailers and there was plenty of room for parking in the driveway. If ever in the area again this will be the first place I will look to rent. Communicating with the owners was very easy and quick to respond. Thank you Melissa and Danny. ”

“My other half and I decided on a last minute getaway for some much need relaxation. We picked the right spot! No TV, no distractions, just Mother Nature. Our pups loved the creeks and large property to run and play. The host responded quickly to messages and made the experience easy to check in and check out. ”

“The house was incredibly clean and in a great location. We were in town for a State track meet at JMU and it was very close to JMU. The game room in the basement was loved by my teenagers and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I would definitely recommend this home.”

“Sadly you can hear everything above you, no matter the time of day. The room was nice, pillows suck, bed not comfortable. Space was nice and big. Decent Mountain View. Over all property seems like a lot to do but additional costs. ”

“With spring rainy season, the steep driveway was a challenge upon arrival. The house was as expected and provided a great atmosphere for our family gathering. Very pleased with the well stocked kitchen. The downstairs shower had little water pressure so we had to use the upstairs shower. Would come again.”

“The property was perfect for 7 adults and 9 kids ages 4-15. There was something for everyone especially because it rained a lot of our week! We stayed entertained by the incredible theater room, numerous arcade games, pool table, air hockey, and skee ball. We very much appreciated the well stocked coffee bar every morning. We also were very comfortable in the 6 king bedrooms, and the kids loved the AMAZING bunk room for 6 of them! We also enjoyed the large dining table to have meals and play……
