It’s in a prime area with lots to do—just three blocks from the Bow River and Prince’s Island Park, where there are weekend music festivals, events, and scenic walking trails. “This property was just fine for our short night before flying out. Close to the airport! The listing did not mention it was an apartment in someone’s lower level. Again, fine, but not advertised. A parking spot was mentioned in the listing but driveway was full. ”

“I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. Very short walk to buses, and only 10 min drive to downtown Calgary! The unit is newly remodeled. I enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a heated mirror in case you steam it up. Convenient laundry. The family is very sweet and……
