“This was a great place to stay! Beds were pretty comfy and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay including bicycles and beach equipment. The neighborhood is beautiful with a golf course surrounding it and 2 beaches just down the road. Our only complaints were that the water in the kitchen sink won’t get any hotter than lukewarm (makes it hard to do dishes) and we couldn’t get 2 of the 3 tv remotes in the living room to work. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent location with a private pool and hot tube that isn’t far from the property. This is a private house with the bottom story rented out to guest. You will need to be mindful of sound as it’s a traditional island house with open windows and guest next to you and above you and no AC. ”

“Ann is a wonderful host and has created an amazing place. The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture throughout is great. We moved from a larger, newer house in princeville to Ann’s place and the improvement in sleep quality due to the Aweosme mattress and pillows was greatly appreciated by everyone in our group. The house is fully stocked with a coffee grinder and a bin of whole beans for great coffee at the house. The loft area upstairs was a hit with the kids. The lack of AC takes some……

“Our family of 6 had an absolutely magical time in my most favorite place in all of the Hawaiian islands. This home is well appointed for cooking as well as all beach needs ( towels, snorkel gear, stand up paddle boards, surf boards as well as bikes). The interior is bright clean, comfortable and surrounded by lush tropical plants with tons of orchids. The outdoor shower though was the absolute favorite especially at night with the stars out!We walked to the beach and in to town, close distance……
