“This quaint apartment suited my needs as a home base for a solo fishing trip to the area. It was conveniently located in the heart of Texas City. The ungated apartment parking lot initially made me nervous, but I never experienced any issues despite much expensive fishing gear being visible in my truck. Being able to see it out the window of the apartment helped me feel better as well. The property manager remained in constant contact and was helpful as needed. Overall a good value.”

“Overall the stay was great. My only complaint is that the water didn’t stay hot for shower but for only a few minutes. That’s not an issue I think much can be done about, the property was very well kept and nice however. ”

“This property was absolutely perfect for our daughters graduation party! There were so many different things to do and space to spread out. The hosts were amazing and so helpful! I know my family will be back for future events!”

“We had a great stay here. The apartment was clean and matched pictures in listings. It’s on the ground floor; handy since there are no elevators in the complex. Host was helpful and responded quickly. The apartment complex is quiet, safe, and has nice amenities. Close to Johnson Space Center.”

“My recent stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Houston was an absolute delight. The value for what you get is unbeatable – comfortable, quiet, and budget-friendly. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the speedy internet was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in a serene neighborhood, it offered a peaceful escape from the city buzz. This place is a true find, and I wholeheartedly give it five stars. Can't wait to return!”

“Barely stayed 24hrs before booking a hotel, first got there and flashing light in the kitchen as well as a stove handle that was zip tied together. Tried cooking on the stove and roaches crawled from the stove and into my food. Never got a refund for it and some furniture in pictures is broken or cracked. Overall 2/10 experience.”
