“Location is diagonal from a popular drug dealing area, so make sure you conceal carry. Home is fenced in and has locked gate so that was good. The house has a a/c window unit and central air and heat was not working per property manager. There is a heater in the room to the left in the wall that comes on automatically and cannot be turned off at all. This property has German roaches do make sure you leave your stuff outside for days before putting back into your home. The home seemed like……

“This house was comfortable with a location that easily accesses I-14. The back yard is fenced, but a small dog could escape easily since the fence is in disrepair. The house was very clean and the manager communicated promptly with any information we needed.”
