“The house was loaded with lady bugs, and more importantly mice. The pull out couch, the futon, and drawers/cabinets were littered with mice poop. Which left 2 beds unusable...Additionally, the lawn/home outside was poorly groomed with chopped up bottles and long grass clippings left… which was disappointing since we wanted to enjoy the yard. I know it's a bigger place, and allows a lot of people to sleep there which is nice but to be advertised as “can sleep 17” is a complete stretch... the……

“Loved all the amenities available in the house from life jackets to toys, games, and movies. We really appreciated all the options for sleeping arrangements Property didn’t have a/c but owner said it was a mistake and will be correcting it on VRBO site and other than first night we didn’t need it. Be prepared to pack out your own garbage and dump is open on limited days, that was my only complaint. Otherwise our family had a terrific time at Pappas and will definitely return. ”

“Beautiful house on a beautiful piece of property right on Pelican Lake with easy access to the lake for ice fishing! The house was spacious with detailed instructions about everything. A fully stocked kitchen made making meals a breeze and it was great to not have to worry about bedding or towels. Communication with the property owner was great. “Very efficient, clean little cabin on the lake. beds were very nice and sheets/pillows felt brand new. Comfy couch and easy chair. Basic kitchen needs (cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, silverware, flipper, etc.). Nice coffee maker and toaster (all clean). No frills. Bring your own entertainment - we could not figure out how to get the antenna to work for the tv and not enough cell service or wifi to use it (not that we came to watch tv but just wanted to veg out for a bit after dinner. “We really had a great time staying at this cabin. The access to the lake was very nice. There was ample parking that made moving in and out easy for multiple vehicles. The amenities were right in that sweet spot where it wasn't so much that some were unused, but not so little tat you felt like you had to bring everything and the kitchen sink. “My partner and I stayed with our senior black lab mix over 4th of July weekend. We were looking for a quiet secluded spot for our doggo who hates fireworks and did not disappoint! The house is new with modern amenities. The outer perimeter was still being worked on so mostly loose soil/clay surrounds the house but wooded area surrounds the house providing privacy. It is a 10 min drive to town and a couple of nice dog walking trails - Antigo lake park and Springbrook trail.The only drawback was……
