“Clean and spacious hotel. Wi-Fi is ok. Comfort bed and pillow. Bath room is spacious. Bath gel 3 in 1 is provided. No shampoo and conditioner. All the facilities and utensils are clean including bed sheet, towels, kettle etc. Enough hangers. Bottle water AUD5 each at request. There is no tooth brush. I don’t know whether this can be requested at the reception because I always bring with mine. Big window and long table with a chair, these allow me to use computer very comfortably. “Stayed four nights. The friendly staff made us welcome from the beginning to the end. Our apartment was clean and had all the things we needed. We knew it was not serviced but the lovely cleaning staff provided any extras we needed including clean towels. We left something behind and Punthill reception sent an email and let us know. Staff very honest thank you. We would happily return. ”

Dirty and smelly

"The room was not cleaned, toilet was not even flushed, still smells. The air con seems to be not cleaned for ages, and it blew out smelly air too. Only the beds are reasonable. It’s my second time to stay there. But definitely won’t go back again."
