“The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. ”

We chose the Lookout because of its charm and beauty sitting on a bluff overlooking Cook Inlet and the fact that it was centrally located which was great for day trips out adventuring ! “This stay was a first for many of us in our family! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was filled with everything we needed. Walking distance to the Kenai River! Hosts were communicating fast and even gave extras! Which made our trip even more amazing! We plan on coming back next summer! We hope it is available. Worth the price! ”

“The property was well equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, stocked with a variety of spices for cooking. It’s located in a friendly neighbourhood. Our flight arrived near midnight, but was easy getting a Uber ride from the airport, just 10minuted away. Not really near eateries. Had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it! Thanks again! ”
