“My stay was perfect. The instructions to get into the loft were clear, and all the amenities were easy to use. The apartment was clean, and Vince, the owner, was very responsive with instructions and help on how everything worked. You have access to all the amenities, including a reserved spot in the garage. Downtown Redmond is right there, very easy to walk to everything.”

“We had such a nice stay here. In between busy days of sightseeing and traveling, this was an amazing and restful oasis. Everything was very comfortable and well-thought out. It felt like home away from home! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place with great hosts close to Seattle. Mike was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.”

“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“Stayed for work. This was 10 minutes away from my job. Would have loved to stay for a longer period. The amenities were great but I didn't need them.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here during UW move in week. The apartment is very nicely tucked away at the end of a dead end street so it feels very safe and private. The beautiful Ravenna park is very close walking distance to enjoy some nature in the city. Perfect walking distance to U village. Eric was very kind to let us park our car (filled with dorm stuff) in the driveway for a few days before move in just to be extra safe. Comfy bed, highly recommend!”

“This was a quick trip. The room is a studio apartment in a new apartment building. Note that NO parking options are provided so street parking is your only option. Fortunately, this apartment is on a fairly safe street.”
