“Overall our stay was fine.. however it doesn't say in the listing that this is a guest house, nor does it say that th courtyard is shared by 4 properties. The sitting pool wasn't available for use either. The overall cleanliness of the house could use some work.. it was surface clean but there was a thick layer of dust on all the windows, the fan and the AC units were caked on it. Could be why the AC was so incredibly loud in the bedroom that we had to buy ear plugs. We did kill one huge……

“Will definitely book here in the future! There was a misunderstanding with my place of stay but it got all figured out. Area is safe even after hours. Close to Frenchmen street. The walls were kinda thin so you'll hear people next to you.”

“This house is beautiful inside. Very comfortable king size beds. Lots of space. The neighborhood looks like it might be rough but it is not actually. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Some small areas for improvement though. There were four of us and three dining room chairs. There is one small sofa in the living room, not enough for all of us to sit. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio.
