“Our stay was brief and I wish it could’ve been longer. It was so nice to be right on the river. The host was great and the place was very comfortable. Definitely recommend it for families.”

“Great place to stay! We came to visit family and always struggled to find a pet friendly hotel. This place fit everything we needed, the area in the back for the dogs was great. Close to the river. There is no cell service down there though, but the wifi worked well enough! Couple spiders came into the bathroom so be prepared for that that. Check in instructions were clear, and easy. Will probably stay here again next time we visit!”

“We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy.……

“My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. There are some extremely nice wineries around the area. This little cabin was adorable and very efficient. The owner was easy to deal with and anxious to please. Unfortunately, it rained for our entire stay, but we still had a great time, and this little camp was a large part of the reason why. Very……

“It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. ”
