“What’s not to love about a well thought out A Frame Cabin?? Even though other properties were quite close by, we felt we had all the privacy we needed, but also enough friendly faces to feel welcome. Including a neighborhood dog who became best friends with our dog! The kitchen was well stocked with accessories needed, the bathroom, while small, was easily usable, the bedding was comfy and warm and there was so many late night conversations shared by the indoor and outdoor fire place. “Grandparents, Adult Kids, and Grandkids had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for multi generations as the downstairs has its own family room/game room. The decks were so inviting and comfortable. The sandy beach was perfect for the littles and all the water toys made our stay!!! We went for beautiful nature walks each day, swam in the lake and paddled the SUP’s. We also enjoyed going to Carlos Creek Winery for a wine tasting and pizza dinner. Super fun and family friendly. “This cabin was the perfect place to spend our anniversary. Close to Alexandria, Lake Carlos State Park and Carlos Creek Winery. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive and accommodated a date error made on our end. Highly recommend this place.”
