“This cabin is just what I needed for a solo getaway. The hosts are incredible, making sure to check in and see if I needed anything throughout my entire stay. I will definitely be back again!”

“Top 3 things. VIEW!, shower presuure and king bed!! You can tell the owners are improving things on the inside. Flooring, ceiling, kitchen,bathroom are all remodeled. Basic needs are there as deacribed. VIEW is amazing! Outside does not look like it has been updated yet but as soon as you see the view you wont notice. Clear lake saw lots of fish jump, some geese, birds and chipmunks. quiet and friendly neighbors.Train is close by and it was harvest season so went by regularly. Good bar burgers……

“Loved this property and plan to return again. It is perfectly appointed with everything you need. It looks small but it has nooks, hooks and baskets to put away all your things. The screen porch is wonderful. Swimming and boating right from the property and the lake is very clear. The host was very responsive to needs and concerns.”

“The Cowdry Cottage was perfect for our stay. Loved sitting in the porch and looking at the lake. Perfect napping spot. I took the canoe out fishing. So fun. Caught a lot of sunfish. The Hut would have been perfect if we would have friends stay. It is so fresh and quaint, quiet spot. Overall would recommend to future guests. Had everything that we needed. ”

“This cabin is perfect and the lot is superb, short walk to the dock no stairs . Lot is very private with nice trees so not looking at anything except mother nature. Deer ,eagles and the fishing is excellent as well. Each room has TV with Roku setup , Kitchen has everything you need . Spotless ,high quality linens and towels . Highly Recommend and will be back at this cabin . Owner is A ”

“Hands down, the best travel experience I have had to date! I used to spend summers at this lake at a resort, in a cabin. I was sad when that was sold off as private lots. I stumbled upon this and took a chance and it blew me away! The ease of working with the hosts and the cleanliness were both top notch, but the service…. Exceptional. We had two 12 year old boys and this is a trip they will never forget. The fishing was amazing and when I say we caught at least 100 fish, I’m being conservative.……

“The place is very clean, the manager very responsive to any questions, always available. It was a little pricey for what you get. Bathroom and shower small. Nice location, close to town. The view is beautiful and have lots of seating outside. The only bad thing is they have awful fragrance diffusers plugged in. The smell gave me a headache! Please refrain from using these, they give off toxins, full of synthetic fragrances. Maybe use something like fresh wave instead, a non toxic air……
