“This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.”

“This lakeside spot was such a treat for our family. We had beautiful weather and the kids loved the direct access to the water. With little ones, it was great to have a fenced in yard and enclosed deck that overlooked the water. We really appreciated the yard games, ping pong table, and board games/toys available. The sleeping arrangements were family friendly and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at 171 Gary very much! It was easy to find, in a pleasant neighborhood but close to a main road. We found it clean & uncluttered, nicely decorated and comfortable - such a pleasant environment to spend time in. This home is well taken care of, and guests needs are well - anticipated, with coffee, tea and sweetners on the counter by the fridge, to games in the family room, books & cookbooks to peruse, to the Wifi password being visible where most likely needed, etc. The……

“We wanted waterfront simply for the view and these views were excellent! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. The fireplace was cozy!The only negative was that there was no snow shovel or broom to clear the doorway and path, which made those areas very slippery; although the driveway got plowed after the previous nights snow.Thank you and definitely recommend……
