“This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.”

“This lakeside spot was such a treat for our family. We had beautiful weather and the kids loved the direct access to the water. With little ones, it was great to have a fenced in yard and enclosed deck that overlooked the water. We really appreciated the yard games, ping pong table, and board games/toys available. The sleeping arrangements were family friendly and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at 171 Gary very much! It was easy to find, in a pleasant neighborhood but close to a main road. We found it clean & uncluttered, nicely decorated and comfortable - such a pleasant environment to spend time in. This home is well taken care of, and guests needs are well - anticipated, with coffee, tea and sweetners on the counter by the fridge, to games in the family room, books & cookbooks to peruse, to the Wifi password being visible where most likely needed, etc. The……

“Us and our adult children had a wonderful time. Lots of spaces to sit and relax. The water was so clear and not very deep. They raced to beat the sun and get in the water to watch it rise. Thank you ”

“I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!”

“Our family has stayed in this beautiful historic home for a reunion with relatives in the Rochester area for the past 5 years. The house is clean and very spacious. We were able to easily seat everyone for daily dinners between the dining room table and the picnic table on the porch, and we made good use of the gas grill. Mornings and evenings were spent out front on the wraparound porch, watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed the kayaks and the game room in the community center,……

“Beautiful location right on Lake Ontario. Something for everyone to do. Rock painting, board games, Wii games, swimming in the lake, bird watching, yard games. We stayed for a week in late July and were very comfortable and entertained in the house. The house does have whole house A/C, plenty of lawn chairs, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit. An easy climb down natural rock steps allows access to swimming, floating in Lake Ontario. Bring your own inner tubes, rafts. The kitchen is pretty……

“I was in the area for a cycling event, enjoying the lake side and area roads. We found the West Wing a delightful place to stay. With high ceilings and large rooms, the space feels roomy and spacious. The decor is modern, clean and bright, while very comfortable. Bath and kitchen are set for all you basic needs, and the beds are soft and warm. But it’s the little extras that make this place special. Access to a patio with hummingbirds darting back and forth was so pleasant. And sitting around……
