“This property is a spacious and well-appointed home. I travelled with my family (wife, kids, grandkids) and we all loved the accommodations. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to many of the attractions of WNY. The icing on the cake was the pool, deck, and outside areas. During a hot summer week, it was a smashing success and a great place to hang out and entertain in comfort. ”

“The house smells like a bad combination of BO and bug fumigation, which makes sense since everything in the kitchen is weirdly sticky, so they obviously didn’t clean afterwards either. The whole week we kept wondering… do we smell like the house now? I tried to find a different house to switch to but it was too late to find anything else. Also the house is in significant disrepair.
