“The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. “One of the nicest vacation rentals ever. The home was immaculate - kudos to whomever does the cleaning. Very spacious home, beautifully decorated, kitchen well equipped. The large back porch had a great view of the meadow below and we watched the deer feeding and fawns playing. Samantha was a super host!”

“The place is beautiful. The owners were very helpful when we had some issues getting the dishwasher going. My daughter got ready with all her bridesmaids here before her wedding. There was lots of space and lots of beautiful spots for perfect pictures. The only real downfall was the temperature inside. Our visit was in February. It was hard to heat the place up because of the tall ceilings and open concept. The thermostat also seemed to readjust every 2 hours back down to 60 degrees, which for……

“Plenty of room in the place and the beds were comfortable. Low beams in places if you are over 6 ft and we couldn't get the football games on TV. But it was a lovely place to stay in clarence at a great price.”

“The setting works on many levels. Next to the golf course and event venues (which is why we were in the area). Around you are quaint diners as well as high end dining. My husband has mobility issues and was quite comfortable in the rental- everything was accessible and on one level. The hosts have obviously considered what travelers need for short term stays. “Three older adult sisters in our annual Sibs Game Weekend where we get together to play games from the moment we arrive to when we leave to go home. For that reason, the house being in a small town with few nearby restaurants or anything wasn’t a problem at all. We were cozy and comfortable, slept great, made our own meals in the pretty well-stocked kitchen, and played games. One note not clear from the listing: there are two full bathrooms but the one upstairs where there are 3 bedrooms is only……

“I stayed at this property with 6 of my friends for my sons wedding at Becker Farms & Vineyards. I couldn't say enough about the house and property and the hosts, Toni and Leroy. What an incredible stay we had, the house was beautiful and very clean and every possible amenity was there. Toni and Leroy were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even hung with us for a while at our bonfire. I couldn't say enough about my experience there and highly recommend this property and the hosts!!”
