“The gentleman at check in was so friendly and welcoming! The room was clean. The hotel itself seems it needs minor touchups to not make it look run down. The heating/cooling unit was making rattling noises when it wasn’t even on. Assuming it was from the wind outside. As for Hotels.com, I am unsure if we will book again. Seems it was a hassle at check in. They tried 3x to charge my card again for the entire cost. It flagged my card. ”

“The hotel itself was fairly clean. The heat didn't work all the time. Other than the check in didn't really see hotel staff until we checked out. The hotel was quiet. I did like that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The refrigerator was iced over but it was still working. The microwave was not working properly we finally got it to work. If you are planning a short trip then it is ok for that. No more than a couple of days. The check in was easy and the counter person was friendly. I……

“Good for the price”

“The pool and spa were down and wad unfortunate because that was a selling point for my kiddo on our long car drive. The hotel was clean and quiet. No other complaints ”

“The front desk person Arthur, was an absolute gem. We had a room next to someone who was incredibly noisy and he was very professional and efficient and helped us change our room to somewhere quieter. This man deserves a raise for sure.”

“Everything was fine except the distance to walk to any room from the parking lot across the street. If you have any problem walking long distances it is not good. It would be best to find a hotel that you can pull up to the front door.”
