“Great service! We were having problems with griwn kids in the pool, after kindky asking them numerous times to please stop squirting us with their squirt guns. As we were just watching our kids in the pool. A few wet sandwhiches and cell phones later, they were asked to leave. Great customee service. ”

“This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The reception staff was very polite and friendly and the room was very clean and very spacious and comfortable. We didn't use the fitness center but I looked in and it appeared clean and very well equipped with numerous machines as well as hand weights. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had and the kitchen staff were happy and friendly. Even the maintenance staff we happened to meet in the elevator seemed happy so this……

“The staff are fantastic and care about their guests’ experiences. I am recovering from knee surgery and needed a shower chair, which the hotel was able to provide for me. It was already set up in our room when we arrived. I appreciated this very much! The hotel is very clean and well kept. The spa is wonderful and so are the restaurants and bar attached to the hotel. Convenient for lots of shopping as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“The planes are noisy. The breakfast is terrible. The house is not soundproof. But the room rate is very high. There are also kitchen facilities for cooking and a large refrigerator.”

“机场shuttle过去只要5分钟，但步行非常不方便。我们每次想去downtown只能电话约shuttle来接至机场然后乘metro过去。一般情况下shuttle都会比较快，只有一次可能在外面，要求我们等待一个小时，所以还是有些不方便的。”
