“The stay was fantastic. Great friendly welcoming staff. The king suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast on the other hand was horrible. No buffet, food was not hot. ”

“For the price this was a very pleasant hotel. Being right beside the interstate I expected a noisy room. We were lucky to get a room on facing the back and it was quiet. The breakfast was a standard fare of eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuits. It was warm and bland as expected but a little salt and pepper made it good. Never got to try the pool but there were others that did frequently. The room was very roomy, to the point I was looking for a couch to be missing from it. The shower had……

“Beautifully restored house with spacious, clean rooms. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. They even thought of all the little things that make a B&B special like leaving rain ponchos out for the guests on rainy days and leaving a variety of freshly baked goods out for late night snacks. It was a 15 minute ride to Churchill Downs and 5 minutes from downtown Louisville. But, there were many restaurants and pubs in short walking distance. I highly recommend the Market Street Inn. ”
