“We had an excellent stay at the Leela and would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone considering it for the future. It is one of very few if not the only, cliff side hotel in India overlooking the beach. Special shoutout to Neethu and Krishnadas at the front desk - for always having a smiling face and ensuring we were always comfortable. Any issues we had were swiftly resolved by the team. The most hospitable staff, very perfect delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, comfortable, cozy and clean rooms, pool, gym, amenities etc.,also convenient area near the Cochin airport also with Indian street food around area like banana fritters and chi tea just blocks away, nice tuk tuk and taxi services, and the guest / residence were also very friendly, and it was fun to enjoy a snack or beverage with them at……

“櫃台經理的態度非常惡劣，如果你不讓他敲你一筆的話，請他們幫忙叫local taxi到機場都不肯。早餐餐廳也非常陰暗，食物內容貧乏單調，亦無蔬菜可吃。飯店本身極小，附近環境也很差，與飯店所要求的價格完全不符。整體來說只能說是三星的旅館。”
