“旅館有點舊，電話有點故障不易使用，很難與櫃台人員聯絡，房間海景有點被樹擋住了，不過因旅館環境不錯，旁邊還有walkway, 可散步看海，整體來說還不錯”

“櫃台經理的態度非常惡劣，如果你不讓他敲你一筆的話，請他們幫忙叫local taxi到機場都不肯。早餐餐廳也非常陰暗，食物內容貧乏單調，亦無蔬菜可吃。飯店本身極小，附近環境也很差，與飯店所要求的價格完全不符。整體來說只能說是三星的旅館。”

“ I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff were excellent—very courteous and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast spread was truly excellent, with a great variety and quality. However, the room didn’t quite meet my expectations. The bedding, in particular, was hard and lacked the softness and comfort I was hoping for. Overall, a decent stay with standout service and food.”

“Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card.”
