“Very nice cabin, we were extremely impressed by it. It's location as perfect in relation to Lexington (maybe 5 minute drive), the surrounding scenery was very nice. The attention to detail of the cabin was very thorough as well. Cabin was clean and hygienic material provided (soap, shampoo, towels) was on par with a top notch hotel. The only room for improvement we saw were that the ironing board was actually broken down the middle and had been broken from a previous guest I suppose, so my wife……

“I didn’t realize that this was an entire house with full kitchen, and two bedrooms. A wonderful place near Buena Vista and Lexington.”

“The house was very nice. The host offered lots of coffee, shampoo, hand soap, towels, and wash cloths and even detergent for the dish washer. The hot tub, showers, and beds were very clean. The WiFi offered did not work to be able to pull up the VRBO app to communicate with the host or to be able to play pandora. We loved our daily visits from the family of deer”

“This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. The entire home needs somebody with resources to invest some cash and bring it to a standard worthy of charging people to stay. Some other things of note,……

“We were looking for a property that was peaceful and tranquil and this cabin fit the bill! The property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities to make for a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the large porch with a beautiful view of the meadow with grazing cows and deer. ”

“My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 3 nights while she competed at a show at the Virgina Horse Center. It was lovely to have a peaceful and relaxing place to come back to after our long and exhausting days at the VHC. Communication with Audrey was great from the start. The property and views are gorgeous, especially each morning as we left at dawn for the show. The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water, well equiped kitchen, and the washer and dryer were a godsend. Can't recommend……

“10/10 stay! This place blew us away. The photos really don’t do it justice. We rented the Upper Barn for our wedding weekend and hosted our rehearsal dinner welcome party here, and it was perfect. Justin was wonderful to work with, super helpful with the booking and catering process. He compared the cabin to “living inside a Cracker Barrel” and that’s a perfect description!The barn is huge — plenty of space for 20 overnight guests and 80 at our party.
