I loved reading a book in a cushioned rocker during an afternoon rain. Deer grazed in the yard all day, practically. “Janet and Brian have a piece of heaven out there. They were immediately welcoming, kind, and gave us recommendations in the area that were spot on to what we enjoy. The views right from the porch are breathtaking. The house was clean and the location is just so peaceful. Jasper their horse gave the best greetings, and we had so much fun hanging with him. “If you are looking for a place to breathe fresh air with a view of pastures and the mountains, this place is for you. The owners were accessible for questions about local happenings with a quick text. The fenced-in yard and no steps anywhere were great for our dogs. The stars were incredible. The kitchen is well-supplied. If you want something more than taking in the view and relaxing, Lexington is a cute town and is just 20 minutes away. We'll be back!”

“Becky is a lovely host. She was very responsive, quick to troubleshoot, left a very gracious welcome basket with munchies for each night, and a warm welcome card. She even checked in a day into our stay to see how things were going. Everything was as described. The bed was very comfy and she had a wide variety of pillows to choose from for personal comfort.
