“Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hot tub leaked all over the floor and made it dangerous to walk around. Bed was comfortable and clean. General condition of the hotel was run down. Breakfast was minimum.”

“It was quiet and beds were comfortable. Felt like the staff wasn’t as warm and helpful as the could be. Breakfast was good with an average number of selections. Put a note on the door when we need to buzz ourselves in. Front desk wouldn’t buzz us in so we could “learn”. We were tired and only were staying only one night. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in Paducah. The room was clean and well proportioned. The breakfast bar was yummy and there was plenty of food. The mattress could use an upgrade, but it was manageable. We will stay here again. Hope the pool and elevator is fixed for our next visit.”

Slightly expensive, but definitely stay there again if cheaper, but not sure I would if another hotel in the area had just as good ratings, was clean and was cheaper. It was the only hotel in the area that had 5 rooms available for our family event, and had a rating of 9 or higher. But, everyone’s rooms were nice and no complaints, so that was a huge positive! ”

“Beds were pretty good. Rooms were clean. Receptionist was rude when we attempted to check in after spending 2.5 hrs in stopped traffic for a car crash and a snow storm. We have a 21 hr drive and arrived 4.5 hrs later than anticipated. Didn't appreciate the receptionists rudeness and unwillingness to check us in for a half hour after we walked in the building at 1:45 am. Said "if you would have called, I wouldn't have started the computer audit, so now you will have to wait 30 min". Half of our……
