“Key colony beach house had amazing amenities to share with the teenagers and elementary school child such as paddleboard, kayaks, fishing poles and especially the game room and the full size hot tub spa. Almost forgot the popcorn maker that everyone enjoyed on multiple occasions!The restaurants in the area were fantastic island fish co and Sparky’s labding. And the proximity to other recreational activities like mermaid marathon tours and the adventure aquarium encounters made planning fun……

“This is a great home for friends to kick back and relax on vacation. The onsite pool is a gem of the property along with the bedrooms being large. We cooked out and so enjoyed sitting in the tiki hut. The master bathroom does not have a counter or space for your belongings when getting ready. That is the only issue. Book this place, you won't be disappointed.”

“Good place for us and our teens the inspiring break to explore the food and fun of the keys. Walking distance to Cabana club for pool/beach. Lovely backyard for meals outside and family time together. Condo was clean and well equipped. ”

“A true gem of a property. Not knowing anything about the area ,we wanted a quiet respite and that is exactly what we had in store. The pool and hot tub were such a bonus! Walking out on the dock in the morning and seeing the many, many dolphins swim past was such an unexpected treat. We used the outdoor grill and flattop griddle everyday and the hostess was nice enough to have propane in both. The bar area was such a lovely area to sit and dine, as was our private outdoor seating area. The……
