“The home was very classy and comfortable. I would certainly book another stay there in the future. My only problem was that it was listed as "sleeping 8", but it really only slept 6. My son slept on the couch - which was not a pull-out. It was quite a bit to pay to sleep on a couch for a week.”

“Liz and Capt Bob were excellent host . What an amazing house !! We loved it and it accommodated us perfectly. This place was well stocked with dishes ect, the beds were so comfortable, linens were great . My only suggestion is the mirrors were way to high for ladies to get dressed (excluding the Master and a couple full length ones would’ve been very much appreciated.The kids loved the pool ”

“The house met the needs of the four couples with some extra room if needed. The pool was great, be sure to add to heat it if you plan to stay in the cooler months. Great neighborhood, not far from Key West (we went twice the eight days we were there). There are rental options nearby for boats, kayaks, etc. Katie was quick to respond while we were there. It would great if they stocked more garbage bags, laundry soap, and TP. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“To start off the house itself is very nice, upon arrival the house was supposed to be ready at 4:00 it wasn’t ready till 5:00. When we walked into the upstairs level there was a terrible odor coming from the refrigerator in the laundry room we discovered old spoiled food. When I went to put my daughters items in the downstairs bedroom there was a strong smell of urine, I completely stripped the bed and washed everything. When my husband and I got into bed (in the downstairs master) the bed……

“We have stayed at the house next door with the same host during previous trips to Key Colony Beach and have always enjoyed the experience. But the houses are now for sale and that helped explain the lack of information that we received before this trip, even though I had reached out multiple times requesting information. I ended up having to call the host right before we arrived because I hadn’t received any information on accessing the house. Upon arrival there were no keys in the lockbox like……
