“Vince was very welcoming from the start, he sent us a guidebook for the property which included ideas of what to pack, what the property provides and places to go around Seattle. The place is very clean, the room smelled very nice and there was fresh towels provided in the bathroom. The common area was shared with other guests who are very polite and respectful of the space. “We stayed in suite 8. It was great. But would like to bring to your attention the electrical outlet under the window. We plugged our phone charger in and the cord was so hot it could hardly be touched. Tryed another outlet to see if it was the charger or the outlet. The charger was fine in the other outlet. The evening brought strange snaps or some sound from that outlet. Thought you should know, so you can get it checked for safety. It made me feel uneasy. Thank you. ”
