“Great location and well appointed rooms. Service is classic Thai who are exceptional helpful and engaging. Resport is not that old so still very much in good shape (eg decking round the pool, tiles loose in pool area etc) minor but will need to be addressed. As we went in the off season there was low patronage - gret for us - but main restaurant (Pakarang) closed for lunch and dinner as a result. Reduces the viable options (not including pool bar/restaurant which closes approx 6) for dinner to……

“It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them.
