“The stay was very bad 1- Air conditioner is not working well 2- They gave us a room which is not ours 3- no Kettle 4- fridge is not working and smells disgusting 5- the bed had terrible springs and was very noisy and uncomfortable at all 6- No one asks for cleaning, laundry or even changing the towels”

“There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. We spent the first night in a lower class room than what we paid for. No extra pillows and no hot water kettle so we had to buy one on the first night. Although we paid extra when we booked……

“Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited). Nice very spacious room, with seating area. Excellent gym. Superb breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes. Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it. The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between……
